On the afternoon of 16 November 2023, in order to further improve the enrollment of international students in China in 2024, CIE successfully held an online and offline presentation and Q&A session for international student enrollment in keji Building. This seminar aimed to help international students better understand the specific information about the curriculum, admission requirements, scholarship policy and living environment. Many international students from all over the world participated in the event both online and offline, and expressed great interest in BJTU and the study opportunities it offers.

During the seminar, Mr Zhang Pingle from the Admission Office of CIE elaborated the concept of internationalization, and gave a detailed introduction of the BJTU’s profile, academic characteristics, teaching quality, majors offered, scholarship policy for international students, application materials and procedures.

During the Q&A session, teachers of Admission Office answered all the questions raised by the students online and offline, which enabled students attending the seminar to have a better understanding of BJTU and relieved their doubts about application. After the seminar, international students scanned the QR code and actively filled in the questionnaires, through which CIE grasped the basic situation and intended majors of the students who came to the seminar both online and offline, which will be a reference for adjusting the enrollment policy in the future.
