Hello everyone,

we're glad to tell you the university's arrangement for this summer vacation and next semester's registration.Please read the information below carefully. 

I.Time of 2023 summer vacation:27/07/2023--30/08/2023

II.Registration for 2023 Autumn Semester and School Calenders

All international students should complete the registration procedures for 2023 autumn semester from August 31 to September 1, 2023. Scholarship students need to register in the CSC system at the same time, and the detailed requirements will be notified later.Students will start to have classes on September 4，2023（Monday）.Download school calenders of 2023-2024 academic year: https://bksy.bjtu.edu.cn/Semester.html.

a.International students who are currently inside China mainland should complete the registration procedures from August 31 to September 1, 2023.Materials Needed:

(1) Students who are on campus: Student Card, Passport

(2)Students who are outside of campus: Student Card, Passport, Residence Registration form

Note: 

1.Scholarship students are required to do face recognition check-in from August 31 to September 1.

2. Non-scholarship students must pay tuition and accommodation fees before registration.

3. Students are required to purchase comprehensive insurance for studying in China within the time limit, otherwise will not be registered.

b.International students who are currently outside China mainland should come back to the university before August 31,2023 and complete the registration procedures at CIE office.If a student can not come back and register on time for personal reasons,please contact his/her consellor in advance and apply for suspension of schooling,or he/she will be considered to have abandoned their student status and will be automatically expelled, scholarship students will be disqualified.
