Registration Guidance of 2023 Spring Semester for International Student in BJTU
Welcome to a new semester at Beijing Jiaotong University!
The 2023 spring semester will start on February 20，all international students should complete the registration procedures for 2023 spring semester from February 16 to 17, 2023.
1.International students who are currently inside China mainland
International students who are currently inside China mainland should complete the registration procedures for 2023 spring semester from February 16 to 17 at the office of CIE（1st floor of JC Apartment）.
(1)Students who are on campus: Student Card, Passport
(2)Students who are outside of campus: Student Card, Passport, Residence Registration form
2. International students who are currently outside China mainland
International students who are currently outside China mainland should complete the online registration procedures for the spring semester of 2023 spring semester through the "Study Abroad Assistant" APP.
3. "Study Abroad Assistant" APP
Step 1 Download App
(1)For ISO system, please search“留学助手”in Apple Store.
(2)For Android system, please open website through mobile phone browser:https://bjtu.17gz.org/,click on the Android icon,download and install the app directly.
Step 2 Please choose language,bind your app to the system of https://bjtu.17gz.org/,then register an account.For binding,please open the website https://bjtu.17gz.org/ in computer browser, and find the Log-in QR code at the right side,then click on the scanning button to scan the Log-in QR code on the website.
Step 3 Log in the system and bind your student information.If you have already registered, please log in with your registered account. After log-in, bind your application number or student number.
Step 4 Click “Registration”, follow the steps to fill in information to complete online registration.
After submission, CIE will confirm the study qualification, fee-payment etc. With registration approval, students can start the study of this semester.If there is the request of suspension, please contact Teaching and Quality Control Center（010-51688775，email@example.com）.
